Before you call
Have ready the town and address of the visit and information about symptoms, diseases, allergies and medicines. If you have test results, tell the staff about them. Whether the service is performed depends on medical qualification – contacting us is not yet a confirmation of the visit.
Healthcare provider
VitaFlow is a healthcare provider registered in the Polish Register of Healthcare Providers (RPWDL) under no. 000000296806. A nurse or paramedic comes to the visit, examines the patient and then consults their condition with a doctor.
Payment
Card (Visa, Mastercard), BLIK or cash. After every service we issue a receipt, or a VAT invoice in the patient's name on request.
